Nabad is a real-time audience polling platform that lets presenters create live polls and participants respond instantly from any device. It is operated by the Nabad team ("we", "us", "our").
We offer a Free plan and paid subscription plans. Features differ between plans as described on the pricing page.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not offer refunds for unused time except where required by applicable law.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
You agree not to use Nabad to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the poll questions, options, and responses you create. By using Nabad, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
All software, design, trademarks, and content that make up the Nabad platform belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
We aim to keep Nabad available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, add or remove features, or change pricing at any time.
We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
Nabad is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nabad and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.
On termination, your right to use Nabad ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith before any formal proceedings.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
