Sign in, click + New session on the dashboard, give it a name, pick which languages you want to author in, and hit Create. You'll land in the editor where you add questions. When you're ready, click Start session: your 6-digit join code goes live.

You write each question in whichever languages your session uses, with a tab per language so you only fill in the ones that apply. Each audience member picks their own language when they join and reads your questions in it, so people in the same session can be answering the same poll in different languages.

On the presenter screen there's a giant 6-digit code, a URL (nabad.live/join), and a QR code. Audience members can type the code, scan the QR, or visit the URL: whichever is easier in the room.

No. Nabad works in any modern phone browser. Participants scan the QR code or enter the six-digit code and can vote within seconds.

Free covers rooms of up to 30 people, with unlimited sessions and questions, every question type and a results sheet after every session (the AI recap needs Pro). Basic (12 USD/month, or 96 USD/year) adds up to 75 participants per session and unlimited usage. Pro (24 USD/month, or 192 USD/year) adds up to 200 participants per session, AI room insights and the recap email, and priority support. Enterprise is contact-led for organizations that need higher limits, several hosts, custom branding and procurement support. Every plan is multilingual: EN, AR, FR, ES, RU, DE, PT.

Yes. From the dashboard, open any ended session: there's a View results button that takes you back to the presenter screen with the final numbers for every question. The session is read-only at that point (no new votes), but you can review or screenshot.

Three usual suspects: (1) the session is still in Draft: make sure you clicked Start session; (2) they typed the wrong code: codes are 6 digits with no letters; (3) the session has already ended: check the status badge on the editor.

Everyone in the room types their name once, on their phone. On the presenter screen you press Pick someone: the names gather, the reel spins and lands on one. The server makes the pick, so it cannot be rigged and nobody comes up twice until you reset the pool. Names typed for Group formation already count.

From the dashboard, click Manage billing. That opens your Stripe customer portal where you can cancel anytime. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.

Participants never sign in and never create an account. Whether they are anonymous depends on one session setting: with name collection on (the default) each response carries the name the participant typed, and the host can see it. Turn it off and responses carry no name at all. Either way we identify a device only by a temporary fingerprint, used to stop double-voting.
