Pricing questions
Is Nabad only for multilingual rooms?
No. You choose how many languages a session runs in. Pick one and untick the rest, and there is nothing to switch between, so the language picker never appears. The day the room is not all one language, you turn the others on and everyone reads and answers in their own.
How much does Nabad cost?
Free for rooms up to 30 people. Basic is $12 USD a month or $96 a year. Pro is $24 USD a month or $192 a year and adds the AI features. Enterprise is quoted. In Canadian dollars, Basic is $16 a month or $128 a year and Pro is $33 a month or $264 a year.
What counts as a participant?
One person in the room, once, per session. Someone who answers eight questions in the same session counts once, not eight times. The limit applies to each session, and no plan has a monthly allowance.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Pro raises the per-session limit from 75 to 200 participants and adds AI room insights during the session and the AI recap afterwards. Everything else is the same: unlimited sessions and questions, every question type, all 86 languages, and the results sheet after each session.
Do participants pay or need an account?
Neither. Participants join from any phone browser with a six-digit code or a QR scan. No app, no account, no charge.
Do I need a paid plan to embed?
No. The screen icon is in the presenter view on every plan, including the free one. PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote
Can I pay in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Switch the currency above before you check out, and you are charged in the currency shown on the button. Nabad does not pick one for you from your IP address.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Yes, at any time from your account page. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee, and your plan keeps working to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you invoice, or take purchase orders?
On Enterprise, yes. Self-serve plans are card only, through Stripe. If your organization needs an invoice, a purchase order or a procurement review, email info@nabad.live and we will take it from there.
Where is our data held, and does the AI train on it?
Both answers are on the Data & Security page, in full, before you have to give us anything.
