An all-hands where the whole team answers, in their own language

Hear the quiet half of the room.

In a meeting run in one language, the people most fluent in it ask the questions and set the tone of every poll. Nabad lets everyone answer and ask from their phone or laptop in the language they think in, anonymously if you choose, and brings it back to one screen you present. Eighty-six languages, no app, no account.

No credit card · Nothing to install for the people answering · Free plan included

In most all-hands, a handful of people ask every question. They are rarely the only ones with a question. They are the ones comfortable asking it out loud, in that language, in front of everyone.

The rest of the team stays quiet, and a quiet room reads as agreement. It is usually not.

Nabad gives the rest of the room a way in. Everyone reads and answers in their own language, the questions come in from every office, and the results land on one screen for the whole company.

Why Nabad

The whole team, not only the fluent part

Four things that decide whether a meeting hears the whole team or only the people who share the meeting language.

Questions from every office

Q&A with upvotes, in any language. Questions are translated as they arrive, so the one typed in Portuguese climbs the list next to the one typed in English.

Anonymous when honesty matters

You decide whether people give a name: not at all, optional, or required. The hard question gets asked when nobody has to put their name on it.

In the room or on the call

People join from any browser with the code, on a phone in the room or a laptop on a video call. Nothing to install, no account to create.

One result, not one per office

Every language adds up on one screen, so the Montreal office and the Dubai office see the same answer to the same question.

One meeting

An all-hands, from the first minute to the last

Opening

Take the temperature

"One word for this quarter." Every office answers in its own language and the cloud merges them.

During

Answer what the team asks

Anonymous questions, translated and upvoted, so leaders answer the ones the whole company wants answered.

Closing

Check it landed

"How clear is the plan now?" A rating you can compare with the next all-hands.

Common questions

Multilingual team meetings, answered

Is Nabad only for multilingual rooms?

No. You choose how many languages a session runs in. Pick one and untick the rest, and there is nothing to switch between, so the language picker never appears. The day the room is not all one language, you turn the others on and everyone reads and answers in their own.

Can remote people join?

Yes. Anyone with the code or link joins from a browser on a phone or a laptop, in the room or on a video call. Paste the link in the meeting chat.

Are Q&A questions anonymous?

If you want them to be. For each session you choose whether names are off, optional or required.

Can I remove a question before it goes on screen?

Yes. As the host you can hide any question or open answer from the shared screen.

Do people need an app or an account?

No. They join in any browser with the six-digit code, the QR code or a link. No download, no sign-up, no email address. Only the host needs an account.

How many people can take part?

The free plan covers rooms of up to 30 people, with unlimited sessions. Paid plans raise the limit per session. The details are on the pricing page.
